To be eligible for the Louisiana Educate Program, students must meet all of the following requirements:
- 2027 graduate of an Orleans Parish public high school or Collegiate Baton Rouge
- Admitted to Â鶹ҹÊÐ as a first-time freshman for summer or fall 2027
- Eligible for (must meet requirements for TOPS Excellence, Honors, Performance, or Opportunity)
- Completed the 2027-28 and have a Student Aid Index (SAI) of 0 or less (opens October 2026)
